Ms. Radomsky has been practicing family law in the juvenile and circuit courts of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties for nearly five years. In that time, she has tried equitable distribution cases involving complex issues like business valuation and tracing separate interests; child and spousal support cases; custody and visitation cases; and, civil protective order cases. Ms. Radomsky has also handled family law cases in the Virginia Court of Appeals. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Fairfax Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Committee and is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Virginia Women Attorneys Association.
Diligent preparation is the keystone of Ms. Radomsky's practice. Demonstrating that a case has merit and is ready for trial increases the odds of achieving a favorable settlement. In the unfortunate case where a fair settlement is simply not possible, both Ms. Radomsky and her client are prepared to move forward with confidence.
Ms. Radomsky's passion for trial work began at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota where she was a finalist in the Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court Competition and a regional semi-finalist in the National Moot Court Competition. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Radomsky obtained her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Minnesota where she was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority and was a Golden Gopher basketball season ticket holder. After college, she worked as an associate buyer for a large publicly traded corporation.
Ms. Radomsky is Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Catholic. She is originally from a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and still enjoys eating perogies and following the Pittsburgh Steelers. Her other interests include reading, exercising, and tackling DIY home improvement projects. Ms. Radomsky resides in Fairfax, Virginia.
